Imagine
walking into a large meeting room and being immediately overwhelmed
with the sensory image of knitting needles flying, yarn of
every color and fiber and the din of wall-to-wall knitters
talking, laughing and sharing ideas. This is the heart of
who we are - where
knitters of every level could come and grow and share their
love of knitting.
The
Atlanta Knitting Guild is an independent organization that
has been formed solely for the purpose of get-togethers of
people who truly love the art of knitting. We hope to share,
learn, extend and stretch our skills through each other and
outside speakers. We are open to and welcome any knitting
enthusiast regardless
of skill level.
Our purpose is to enrich the knitting experience by sharing
and developing the art.
