About the Event
The Atlanta Knitting Guild invites members and friends to A Celebration of Friends & Fiber in memory of Doreen, Saturday, October 3 from 4:00–7:00 pm at the Annex.
Bring your knitting and join us for crafting, games, and storytelling: make a stitch-marker keepsake bag for yourself and one for a member who can't be there, compete in knit bingo and knit trivia for yarn prizes, and share your own Doreen story at the spin-a-yarn table.
We'll be hosting a taco bar with vegan options, plus water, tea, and lemonade.
Please note: this event replaces our regular October 1 meeting — we'll fold in a few quick guild announcements during the afternoon.
Free for AKG members, $20 for guests (pay at the door with cash, check, or Venmo/Paypal) — RSVPs needed September 25 so we can order enough food.
