Apologies for the second email so soon after our August Newsletter but we had some items that missed that email.
August's Program - Tuck Stitches with Melissa Leapman
(Homework instructions)

This month we're featuring Melissa Leapman.
In this hands-on mini-workshop, explore the fun and easy way colorful tuck stitch
technique (sometimes called Bubble Stitches) can elevate your knitting. We'll play with variations of this popular (and super easy!) category of stitches.
Melissa Leapman provided a tuck stitch handout and pattern. You can access that four page document here. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to provide copies at the meeting. Please feel free to print your own.
If you want to follow along during the meeting, Melissa suggests: "cast on 27 stitches with a bright color of worsted or DK weight yarn and work 1" of K1P1 Rib followed by 2 rows of garter stitch. They'll need a sharply-contrasting color to attach during the session."

Our link to the June meeting recording did not work for some folks, so we’ve moved the recording, featuring Debbie West’s presentation on the Knit Companion app, to YouTube. You can view it here:
